Hilton Inspires a New Level of Leadership

How do you create a world-class conference experience for Hilton’s top franchise leaders in the Americas that educates and inspires?

By tapping into Hilton’s brand position, key strategic priorities and innovation solutions. A 4-day conference experience was created to immerse leaders in the brand’s accomplishments and excite with what is yet to come. Development of a conference brand ID led the way to a full signage and branding takeover of the convention center. An impactful stage design for over 3,000 attendees included digital media development and presentation scripting for Hilton’s CEO and top leaders across disciplines. Breakout sessions immersed attendees in different environments to experience Hilton hotels through a southwest road trip and contemporary speakeasy. During breaks, attendees could visit the “Network Hub” and interact with retailers, unwind and network through a series of activations including a Braindates hub, wellness lounge, headshot lounge, golf simulations and amenities booths.​
