Delta Helps Attendees at TED Find Their Social Soul Mates

How do you connect attendees at TED via an immersive, digital networking experience?

Create an innovation lounge around a thematic focus on connectivity, stemming from Delta’s core value promise
to keep guests connected in the air and on the ground. The lounge concept was represented through a network of connected points that created physical tension and movement through wiry and elongated materials forming engaging spatial experiences. Guest were further connected through the “Social Soul” activation in an immersive digital installation composed of streaming media on a series of sculpturally arranged flat screens. Participant’s Twitter feeds were visually illustrated on screen and mirrored surfaces to create an undulating “infinite” sense of connectivity.
